Your identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) that you have shared with MAKRO KUMAŞÇILIK will, upon your commercial message consent, be processed by MAKRO KUMAŞÇILIK within the scope of marketing communication activities for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages via channels you have approved, including WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and e-mail; conducting customer satisfaction studies; performing marketing analysis, advertising, campaign, and promotion activities; promoting and marketing products and services; creating customer-oriented campaigns; offering you special opportunities via MAKRO KUMAŞÇILIK business partners; identifying target audiences; analyzing user behavior to improve experience; conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities; performing personalized segmentation and analysis; internal reporting activities; planning and executing market research and customer satisfaction activities; customizing and recommending the offered products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; and planning and executing customer relationship management, based on your commercial electronic message consent in accordance with Article 6 of the ETK and your explicit consent under the 1st paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be processed by MAKRO KUMAŞÇILIK directly or through service providers and shared with technological infrastructure providers, limited to the purposes stated above.
